What is Pressure Die Casting?

Pressure die casting is a precise and cost-effective casting method for mass production of metal parts with tight tolerances. The pressure die casting principle is to inject a molten metal alloy into a steel mold under high pressure; it will solidify quickly, from milliseconds to a few seconds, to form the net shaped parts. It is then extracted automatically. This is the pressure die casting process.
