Modest R&D department has 6 experienced engineers, all of whom graduated from famous Chinese universities majoring in mechanical engineering.Each of them has at least 5 years of relevant experience in the CNC machining or die-casting industry. We select engineers not only to assess the theoretical knowledge of engineers, but also to pay more attention to their practical experience.


Therefore, when we receive inquiries from customers, we can always use the optimal production plan to maximize the satisfaction of customers' needs and save production costs for customers as much as possible, which can help our customer perform better in their own industry.


Case 1:

We once worked with a German Led lighting customer who needed us to customize aluminum heat sink with fins for their lighting. As we all know, Germans always pay great attention to product quality, so the process required on the customer's drawings is CNC machining, but after discussion in our R&D department, we believe that we can use aluminum extrusion profile and then do CNC machining to save a lot of money. Most of the raw material and processing costs were saved. When we offered this solution to the customer, the customer was reluctant at first, perhaps because they did not trust us enough, so after a period of negotiation, we provided the customer with some free sample, and the customer was very satisfied with the samples and was grateful for our premium program. We have roughly calculated that our new solution has saved customers at least 60% of the cost can deliver products one month ahead of schedule.


Case 2:

We have also worked with sim racing customers from Italy. They need to customize a gamepad shell, and the process they initially selected was also CNC machining, because there are many R-angle and irregular surfaces inside the shell,which will cost a lot if use CNC machining.After our technical analysis, we believe that aluminum alloy die-casting is very suitable for producing this product.After complete the die-casting, we only need to polish the die-casting blank, tap the thread and make the surface treatment to complete the whole production. Finally this customer chose the die-casting process. After our calculation, our new solution saved 500% of the cost for the customer, and the delivery time was shortened from the original two months to one month. From then on, we have maintained close cooperation with this customer due to our professional and constructive service.
