Q2: Can I get a sample before mass production?

A2: Of course yes. We will produce sample after you paid sample fee. And we will take pictures and videos for your check. If you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect.

Q3: What kind of product drawing can you read?

A3: Various types of 2D or 3D drawings are acceptable, such as PDF, STEP, STP, DXF,IGS, IGES, X_T, SLDPRT, STL etc.

Q4: What is your packing method?

A4: Normally, we pack each part individually to protect it as much as possible from damage during transit.( Bubble bag + Cartoon + Pallet/Polywood case ).

Q5: How to deal with the faulty?

A5: Firstly, all our products have been comprehensively tested before shipment, so it is almost impossible to occur quality problems;

Secondly, if it is verified that there is a problem in our production, we will give you a full refund or produce a new batch of products in the shortest time and send them to you free of charge.
